Robert WrightAndy created a training plan for me for the London marathon which was my first ever marathon. He incorporated runs with my dog, and adapted the plan each week to fit my life, while still pushing me - that’s what coaches are for after all! I stayed injury free throughout the training which was goal number one. I wanted a sub 4:30 marathon and as we got closer to it we were hoping for closer to 4 hours. I did sub 4:20 in the end which I was ecstatic with especially considering it was my first marathon and the weather on the day was 24 degrees. Andy was brill.
